HOW
DOES THE PROCESS WORK?
The first step is to call Carole Julius for a
consultation appointment, which takes approximately 2
hours depending on the size of the house.
CONSULTATION
FEES start at $175 and up, based on square footage.
Cash or check payment is due at the first
visit.
At the initial
consultation I will walk through the house with “buyers
eyes” to evaluate it’s “sale readiness” while I take
photos. Then we can sit down and review the options to
get your home ready for sale and I can answer any
questions you may have at that time. By the time I
leave, I will have everything necessary to put together
a Staging Proposal and/or Comprehensive Staging
Evaluation, which you will receive within 24 hours.
HOW
MUCH WILL STAGING COST?
There are many different service options you can choose
depending upon your budget. From a simple consultation
through staging the property and managing the
preparation process-paint choices, etc. How much you
invest is totally up to you. After you have a chance to
review the quote we can explore your options together to
fit within your budget.
IS
STAGING WORTH THE INVESTMENT?
What if it doesn’t sell or you don’t realize the
investment back? Staging will help you secure equity in
your home faster than doing nothing. There are no
guarantees; however, if you DO NOTHING, you WILL stay
there longer than you want or have to adjust the price
downward.
